Hi!
Today I will show country number 3 in the "where in the world-challenge", which is Spain.
I thought a lot about what I should to for Spain. There's a lot of things that comes to my mind and first I actually thought about two great artists, Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali. (Have I ever said that I'm very much in to art?) And I was thinking of doing something something either cubistic or surrealistic on my nails. However I didn't come up with anything inspirational enough so I started to think about symbols for spain and then the flag and then I figured that it would be cool with some sort of inverted colors in combination with the flag. And this is the result:
If it isn't obvious from the photos, the thumb has a fan and my index finger has a windmill. Weirdly I think more of The Netherlands when I think of windmills but then again I think about Don Quijote and his "dragons" so I guess it's fair. ;)
My middle finger has a flamenco dancer (with a fan) and my ring finger got a bull. It was actually that one I liked the most of all my nails even though I'm not pro bull fighting. My little finger has guitar or at least guitar like music instrument
Polishes used:
China Glaze - Happy Go Lucky
Sure Promise (red)
Jordana Pop Art - Black Mark
BK nail art color (white)
What do you think about this? Do you think that the symbols symbolize Spain? :)
